Local foods and dishes available for you to pre-purchase and enjoy at your leisure when your here.
Pre-payment is strongly suggested. Order now to ensure availability of your preferences.
Breakfast purchases will be stocked in your house on arrival.
Cliff House – macadamia, strawberry and coconut muesli made with rolled oats and honey farmed on Kangaroo Island (500 grams)
Vegan trail mix
Granola – eat for breakfast or snack all day (GF). Our own selection of dehydrated fruits, coconut, GF oats, pepitas, cocoa nibs, maple syrup clusters, cranberries (800 grams)
1/2 dozen Adams organic free range eggs
150 grams Skara dry smoked bacon, Adelaide Hills (preservative free)
Medium size loaf of sourdough bread (baked on day of delivery)
Plain coconut yogurt (vegan-gluten free)
House poached pears with vanilla, cardamom and berries (vegan -gluten free)

Georgie’s lamb Birria–Arroz Verde (green rice) –frijoles refritos negros (fried black beans)–hand-made corn tortillas–Salsa
Traditional Greek Moussaka–potato, dill and zucchini—bechamel and cheese (vegetarian, beef and gluten free available)
Shitake, turkey dumplings– home-made smoked chili oil– black vinegar (low fat without chili oil)
Turkish slow roasted beef rib –au jus- Tahini, garlic and yogurt –fig leaf oil
Thai red Jungle Curry– pumpkin –Laotian sticky rice (choose free range chicken, King prawn or vegan)
Quinoa–wild rice–basmati–Szechuan pepper–Northern Thai style braised vegetables—fried tofu (vegan, low fat)
Seasonal steamed greens–broccolini, snow peas and green beans (vegan available–high fibre—subject to change)
Turkish roasted eggplant—tomato—roasted peppers– fresh herbs—Adelaide hills goats curd Almonds (vegan available– ideal accompaniment for beef rib!)
