The Cliff House makes you feel good, immediately. This is its alchemy.
With a focus on sustainable living, Cliff House offers a practical and flexible layout within a generously proportioned space comprising three bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. The entry level offers a large, open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Upstairs in the turret is located a queen bed positioned so as to take in the magical view on offer.
The living room offers flexible seating options to capture the fabulous views alongside a cosy wood heater, TV, and sound system. The home caters for modern living with Wi-Fi throughout and an iPad linked sound system. A reverse cycle air conditioner manages those hot days in the warmer months of the year.
A wide expansive wrap around deck accessed from the living room takes advantage of the beautiful ocean and coastline views. Outdoor entertaining from the deck is a breeze with a large 9-piece dining setting and Weber family BBQ on hand. The spa located on the headland offers breath taking views over both the beach and the hinterland.
The Cliff House also features a true chef’s kitchen, easy to use Breville barista style coffee machine and plenty of space for your inner chef to create wonderful meals.
Connecting to the entrance hallway is the main and second bedroom with the third bedroom located in the tower.
This unique offering has been tastefully styled to integrate with the native bushland and coastal environment and will delight guests throughout the seasons.
